About

I have been studying health and nutrition for over 10 years, and have helped a variety of clients improve their health. My scientific research has been published in top academic journals, and has been covered by many well-known publications including: WebMD, The Daily Mail, and The New York Times. I have also appeared on several podcasts to discuss my work.

I help people achieve vibrant health and well-being, using diet, supplements, and lifestyle strategies (exercise, sleep, and reducing stress). Using one-to-one consultations, I assess clients’ individual needs, and provide a bespoke nutrition and health plan.
