About
I have been studying health and nutrition for over 10 years, and have helped a variety of clients improve their health.
I have an MSc Nutritonal Therapy from the University of Worcester, and am currently a lecturer and research supervisor at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, in partnership with the University of Portsmouth. I am also doing a PhD at the University of Nottingham on ketogenic diets and autoimmune diseases .
I have published several scientific papers, some of which were widely covered by the media (though not always accurately!). A couple of the bigger names are The Daily Mail and The New York Times. Lastly, I have appeared on a number of podcasts to discuss my work.
