I have been studying health & nutrition for over 10 years, and have helped a variety of clients improve their health. My scientific research has been published in top academic journals, and has been covered by many well known publications including: WebMD, The Daily Mail, and The New York Times. I am also affiliated with many supplement and testing companies including: Revital, Thriva, and Feel.
I help people achieve vibrant health and well-being, using diet, supplements, and lifestyle strategies (exercise, sleep & reducing stress). The most effective way to do this is through one-to-one consultations, as each person is biochemically unique and so needs an individualized approach.
