Autoimmune Diseases, Keto and Carnivore Diets: Research Survey

Evidence Based

As part of a research project I am running at the University of Nottingham, we are conducting a survey on people who have tried a ketogenic (keto), carnivore, or other very-low carbohydrate diet, to find out if they report changes in their symptoms and general health.

In addition, we are conducting a systematic review on the same topic and planning a clinical trial for an animal-based ketogenic diet in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD, not to be confused with the more common and milder syndrome of IBS).

The survey is being distributed via social media. If you can share it across your own social media profiles or in any groups you run, I would highly appreciate it. The close date is 7th December 2026.
